Here is the Drop Everything And Move (DEAM) Calendar for October.  I encourage you to print it out and distribute to students to take home.  At the end of the month, collect the calendars and give small prizes to those that participated… or give “extra” PE time to the class with the highest percentage of participants.  Enjoy!
